Mission + Core Values

At Unabashed Yoga & Wellness, we embody the true essence of being unabashedunapologetic, fearless, and free from self-doubt.

Mission

Our mission is to create an inclusive space where individuals can explore, grow, and heal without fear of judgment.  We believe that wellness is not about perfection but about embracing who you are—fully and freely.

Through coaching, education, and community, we empower students, teachers, and wellness entrepreneurs with the tools to cultivate inner peace, physical vitality, and unshakable confidence on and off the mat.

We are dedicated to helping yoga teachers and entrepreneurs honor both the business and ethics of yoga, ensuring that their work is not only sustainable but deeply rooted in integrity, authenticity, and service. By blending tradition with modern practices, we guide our community in creating impact-driven careers that align with their values and purpose.

We stand for self-discovery, radical self-acceptance, and the courage to show up unapologetically — because thriving happens when we let go of limitations and step into our power.

Core Values

  • Authenticity – Show up as your whole, unfiltered self—because your truth is your strength.

  • Empowerment  – We provide knowledge, resources, and mentorship to help students, teachers, and entrepreneurs build confidence and clarity in their practice and their work.

  • Inclusivity  – Every body, every experience, and every journey is welcome here. We celebrate diversity and strive for accessibility in all we offer.

  • Integrity & Ethics  – We honor the roots of yoga and help teachers and entrepreneurs navigate the intersection of business and ethical responsibility with awareness and respect.

  • Compassion – Whether in practice, teaching, or business, we cultivate kindness—for ourselves, for each other, and for the world around us.

  • Sustainability  – Wellness and business are lifelong journeys. We emphasize practices that nourish long-term well-being and success for individuals and communities.
